研究方向

1. 学习记忆的分子神经生物学机制，老年性痴呆的发病机理以及动物模型的研究；

2. 中枢神经系统的能量代谢调控与神经退行性疾病以及衰老的关系；

3. 中枢神经系统脂代谢调控与肥胖糖尿病的关系；

4. 脂代谢在神经退行性疾病以及衰老中的分子细胞机制；

5. 非编码RNA（small non-coding RNA and long non-coding RNA）以及RNA　Binding Protein (RBPs)在中枢神经系统中的作用，包括学习记忆，能量代谢等过程。

2005-2011年在美国华盛顿大学医学院从事神经生物学博士后研究工作

2011-2012年任美国休斯医学研究所（HHMI）及宾夕法尼亚大学大学医学院Research Associate
